You can choose whcih modules you want to offer, but the user only needs to sign up one time and can access all exchanges through one account. You can allways enter or erase modules.
The User can enter unlimited urls in the exchanges. The credits can be transfered through the different exchanges. You can have the script running only as an exchange or with the option that the users can also trade theeir credits against money.
